A gadget I didn't know I needed!

Concentration made easy

Even as a child, I always had problems focusing on something for a longer period of time, which had an effect on reading until my 30s. The Bookhover has given me the feeling for the first time that I can stay focused with less effort and longer than ever before.

I have to say that I was skeptical at first. But my roommate lent me his Bookhover and since then I have discovered the fun of reading for myself. I've read 4 books in the last 3 months and writing this, it's hard to believe me.

The Bookhover has finally allowed me to focus longer and I've found the fun in reading for me.

Thanks for this cool gadget !!!

Surprisingly helpful

There are really many "gadgets" on the Internet, which may look great, but are not really useful. The Bookhoover has us (me and my son) but totally surprised and excited. For my son (soon to be 2nd grade) it is THE motivation to read even texts that are written a little smaller. The pen in front is of course used more playfully, but he is still engaged with the texts. And for me, too, the Bookhoover is an enrichment: I love reading, and I have noticed that with the Bookhoover I can get through somewhat more difficult texts with more concentration than without, and overall I can read longer because I don't get tired as quickly. Or maybe I get through more text because I can read faster before I get tired - I can't say for sure yet... :D In any case, I've noticed that I can read longer with the Bookhoover. :D In any case, the investment has definitely paid off for us. I can only recommend the Bookhoover.

Simply top!

The bookhoover is such a simple but brilliant idea. I love books, but kept getting distracted while reading. After a stressful day at work, I'm never 100% with the book while reading. With the Bookhoover it works out to concentrate the focus fully. I don't slip in the lines and my reading speed has already increased a lot. I am amazed that it really works. It doesn't work as well with a bookmark. I guess it really has to do with the guided eye movements. The price is a bit high, so I hesitated before ordering, but that is quickly forgotten when you see the extra gain. Tip: If the finger circumference should be just on the border of small to large , rather order the larger model.

A useful tool

The reading line pointer does its job with flying colors. For me as a frequent reader, this finger vehicle is a blessing. A line pointer without graphite pen would be a fabulous renewal, since I don't note anything down while reading.

Why you read better with the
Bookhoover®.

When we read, our eyes do not glide smoothly through the text, but jump from word to word and back in the text. Too much movement causes the eyes to tire and focus & concentration to diminish.

With the Bookhoover® you activate your biological instinct to follow a movement with your eyes. By actively guiding, the eye muscles are relieved, focus and concentration are maintained.

The interplay of eye and hand movements additionally increases attention, since several senses are now involved in the reading process.

By deliberately leading faster, you can set a higher reading pace. Words are grasped more quickly and the inner speaking along is reduced.

Active reading" increases focus, avoidsdistractions and improves reading flow .

Bookhoover® - Advantages over pen and finger

Although it is natural to use the finger to focus on text, as children do, this can be a hindrance because the finger is short and thick and covers too much text. A longer object with a thin tip allows a wider field of view and provides a greater range of motion.

In addition, it has been shown that the biological trigger for eye movements works better for foreign objects than for own body parts. This could be related to the fact that a foreign moving object must be categorized as quickly as possible as to whether it represents a threat or not.

The pen or similar must be held actively, which leads to constant strain on the hand muscles as well as the entire forearm. You will easily recognize the cramping of the hand and forearm when "holding the pen in a tweezer grip". Also, with a pen, you lose the ability of"natural finger movement" from the finger ball joint.

The Bookhoover® as an eye guide combines the comfort and naturalness of your own finger, avoiding any kind of cramping, yet providing the range of motion of a pen or pointer.

Faces behind

The brains behind Bookhoover® are Mana and Daniel from Cologne. In a speed reading course, they learned that you can actually read faster and more concentrated with the right methods.

As an engineer and tinkerer, Daniel couldn't resist developing the first reading tool that increases focus while reading. Thanks to Mana's knack for design and eye for detail, the idea could be realized.

Look forward to more focus and distraction-free, better reading!

You can test the Bookhoover for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you get your money back!
