Shipping information

Bookhoover® is based in Germany. Our products are shipped by DHL as merchandise mail. Bookhoover® is responsible for the delivery of the goods to the designated location in the buyer's country. We ship to the European Union and Switzerland. Also to Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico and the United States.

If your country is not included, please send us a request to contact@bookhoover.com and we will find a solution.

Delivery time

The estimated normal delivery time for the Bookhoover® is up to 7 days in the EU (may be longer in remote areas), as each copy is individually made to order. The actual delivery time itself cannot be guaranteed due to possible problems related to the transport company, which are beyond the control of Bookhoover® .

Returns

You may return your Bookhoover® without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your original order for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. The risk of loss or damage to the product during shipment to us is borne by the buyer. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for your protection. If the product is damaged or missing accessories originally included in your purchase, Bookhoover® reserves the right to either refuse the return or charge for damage to the product and missing parts.
