The estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 working days in the EU (may be longer in remote areas), as we make each bookhoover individually to order.
The actual delivery time itself cannot be guaranteed due to possible problems related to the transportation company that are beyond our control.

We send our bookhoovers via DHL Warenpost and DHL Paket GoGreen. Each order is assigned a tracking number, which we will send you by email so that you know exactly where your parcel is.
If we have not yet sent your package, we can easily make changes.

You will find your invoice as a PDF in the "Order confirmation" email as a download link. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find it immediately.

All orders include the respective Bookhoover variant, consisting of the main body with finger holder, pen holder and removable pointing cap as well as the corresponding pen refills in a pack of 5 for the respective variant.
The Bookhoover Flow & Bookhoover Booky are one-piece, all other variants are multi-piece.
Each Bookhoover variant comes to you in a matching metal case, so you don't have to worry about storage.

Return & exchange
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your original order for a refund or exchange.

Info: Please make sure that the product is undamaged and that the accessories are also sent with it. Unfortunately, shipping costs and handling fees cannot be refunded or covered.
The purchase price will be refunded according to the payment method you used.
As soon as we have received your return, we will arrange the refund and you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Returns will be booked and refunded within 14 days of receipt.

As we ourselves know what it's like if you don't like the product 100% after a short time, you can also exchange or return your goods within 30 days.
Please note, however, that we cannot cover the return costs or any shipping and handling costs already paid.
Payment method & fees
You can pay conveniently by Paypal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express), Klarna Pay Later & Klarna Sofortüberweisung.
Unfortunately, we do not offer payment by invoice. However, you can pay with "Klarna Pay Later" in supported countries if you want to receive the goods first.
Please note that customs duties apply for deliveries outside the EU and you may therefore incur additional costs.
The amount of the customs costs depends on the amount of your order. Please understand that we cannot cover these costs.
Everything about the product
Here we have prepared size charts for you to help you find the right size for your Bookhoover or Booky:
Place the Bookhoover on the index finger of the hand you want to read and write with. The tip points towards the book and the opening of the finger holder points upwards. The finger holder is flexible and available in different sizes.
Bookhoover Graphite: The pencil tip can be unscrewed as a unit and replaced with a new one.
Bookhoover Ink: The ballpoint pen unit can be unscrewed and fitted with a new refill.
Bookhoover stylus: Here, only the front tip is replaced after wear and tear. You can do this with the enclosed pliers.
Info: Unfortunately, the different refills cannot be changed to different Bookhoover variants.
Yes, the Bookhoover can be worn on both sides.
Tip: Switch the bookhoover to the non-dominant hand from time to time, read and write with this hand to challenge and train the brain anew.
Yes, you can use the Bookhoover to read books as well as eBook readers and tablets.
The tip of the Bookhoover acts as a visual guide without activating the surface of the tablet as a finger would.
Since all versions of the Bookhoover are suitable for all types of
reading written text (classic books, eBooks, printouts)
, the choice depends on whether you need an integrated pen for taking notes or not. Choose the pen variant with which you prefer to take your handwritten notes.
If you prefer to take notes in
books or write on paper, the Bookhoover Graphite with pencil or Ink with ballpoint pen is the right choice for you. If you prefer to take notes directly on your digital device/eBook reader* and mainly work digitally, choose the Bookhoover Stylus.
If you don't want to take notes at all and don't need an integrated pen, choose the Bookhoover Flow.

Unfortunately, the pen units are not interchangeable, as each Bookhoover is individually designed.
The Bookhoover with pen is available in three versions:
Bookhoover Graphite: Endless pencil / Infinity Pencil
Bookhoover Ink: Ballpoint pen with blue or black refill
Bookhoover Stylus: with digital refill / stylus (EMR)*

You can choose between refills with black and blue ink.

For the time being, the Bookhoover variants are only available in the colors specified for the respective variant. We will offer more colors in the future. Please write to us if you have any ideas or requests.

The Bookhoover Flow is based on your feedback.
As a light reading aid, the Flow is purely for guided reading in order to actively guide the eyes through the lines of text and benefit from the increased focus.
The same applies to the Booky.
Satisfied users have already requested a smaller version as a reading aid for their children. This is precisely where the advantage of guided reading becomes apparent, in order to direct the attention of beginner readers and make it playful.
The Bookhoover Flow is our latest variant, in which we have incorporated feedback from our customers. Many of you have asked for a book clip, so we have applied it to the latest version. For the pen versions, we have not established it for the time being for ergonomic reasons.
Manufacture
Everything starts with a 3D model (CAD) as a data set. This is created by us on the computer and then sent to our production partner in Saxony.
The Bookhoover is produced using innovative 3D printing technology, the multi-jet fusion process. The blanks are smoothed and colored after printing.
Thanks to this 3D printing technique, we only produce as much as we actually need, which makes this process particularly sustainable. In addition, our special filigree design and the flexible finger holder can be reproduced from just one material.
The 3D printed base bodies are then sent back to us in Cologne, where we carefully assemble and ship them by hand with the respective pen units.

The Bookhoover is designed in Cologne and 3D-printed by our manufacturer in Saxony. Assembly and shipping take place at the Bookhoover headquarters in Cologne.
This allows us to keep transportation routes short and produce more energy-efficiently.
The 3D printing process used is the multi-jet fusion process, which is currently the most sustainable process, as it uses up to 80% recycled material for each print and only 20% new material has to be added.
Polyamide is the tried-and-tested material for 3D printing. We use PA12 because it is lightweight, robust and flexible. It was particularly important to us that the material is biocompatible and skin-friendly.
This is also used in the manufacture of prostheses and in the medical field in general and is therefore harmless.
The 3D printing process enables us to process only the material that is actually used. The rest is recycled for the next production and the next print.
